Increase Your Blog Productivity With A Scheduled

Most bloggers, especially those who aren’t able to blog as a full-time blogger, find that scheduling the time to blog can be difficult. But I can assure you this is necessity to keep your blog not only active but to generate higher ranking and traffic. Well people tend to procrastinate “I will do it tomorrow, I will do it next week” but when the time come we will have some excuse not to do so. What we need is a schedule where we can follow and is kind of PDCA ( Plan, Do, Check, Act) where we can monitor our self. Below is my recommendation step by step :
1/ Plan – First we plan our time, we decide how many hours per day we want to spend to blog, research, read and so on. Put this plan in your calendar (Google Calendar), excel, diary or even a piece of paper. This will be like a To Do List or Checklist.
2/ Do – This is the execution part, is important to try our best to stick to our plan and with the To Do List or Checklist we are able always to remind our self the goal we have set. Doing it accordingly to plan diligently will help us to cultivate a habit to do so. Try this for 26 days diligently and I can tell you blogging according to your plan is already part of your life and you are also training yourself to be discipline which is important for any successful blogger. From here on you will no longer give excuses not to blog.
3/ Check – This step is to check are you doing or executing your plan according to your planning or are you spending more time or less time blogging. This will bring us to the next step “Act”.
4/ Act – If you are not following your plan, you might consider changing maybe the time (if you think you have set the wrong timing), target (which might be set too high, or priorities especially when you have a few blogs to update), or anything that you think is necessary so that you are able to execute your plan accordingly. Well what is the point when you have a plan that is not working.
Above is some tips on scheduling your blog to achieve a higher productivity which will be reciprocal by higher traffic, reduce your stress and learn how to set your priorities  and many more good things.
